ArtPrize 2011 is complete! Thanks to all the people who volunteered for the event at Take Hold! You’re help and sacrifice is greatly appreciated. Its definitely a community job.
We got to be host to Pete Tabberer’s The Old and the New which was a collection of 9 photographs. It was a contrast of old, neglected, manmade structures and the beautiful new growth of nature around it.
Carole Kabrin’s Where No Man Has Gone Before was the only other Artprize artist in our space with her 5′x16′ chalk pastel drawing of the cast of different Star Trek series. It was a sight to be seen.
